Legal & Investor Relations
PFC's legal counsel is William L. Whitacre, Esq. His duties include principal entertainment legal counsel for business structure, equity structure, development and production financial offerings, production legal services, distribution delivery compliance and related services including acting as a Producer, Unit Production Manager and Executive Producer on PFC projects.

Whitacre was an Assistant State Attorney, Chief Assistant State Attorney and Acting State Attorney of the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida. He has been a trial attorney for 30 years, admitted to the bars of the United States Middle District of Florida and the United States Supreme Court. Whitacre has litigated Federal, criminal and civil matters in Florida, Virginia and Illinois.

Duties include Executive Protection, civil and criminal investigations, site security, investment protection, interfacing with local and federal law enforcement agencies such as the FBI and the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Department. Rahn has had a distinguished career serving in the U.S. Navy submarine service, the Gainesville Police Department, the Orlando Police Department and as a licensed Private Investigator. He also  founded the private investigation firm A Very Private Eye, Inc.
